Backed by 100% Lloyd’s capacity, and with a max line size of £7.5m, Verde aims to be the go-to market for Commercial Crime risks in London, delivering a highly specialist offering to market.
Management Liability
The portfolio consists of primary and excess risks with a particular focus on sustainable businesses located in UK or Europe with an asset base of any size. Backed 100% by long term company market security, we are able to offer stand-alone Directors and Officers Liability (D&O) coverage or blended Management Liability (ML) solutions incorporating D&O, Corporate Legal Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Financial Institutions Professional Indemnity and Crime. Our max line is £10m for D&O, rising to £20m for blended ML.
