The Groups overarching claims philosophy is to ensure that any claim made on any insurance policy underwritten by the Group will be handled promptly and the customer making a claim treated fairly. The Group will ensure that no claim is unreasonably rejected and that once settlement is agreed, payment is affected expeditiously. 

The Group advocates active claims management, our team of claims experts has decades of multi-class experience and are empowered to make quick decisions. The depth of experience within the claims team results in service excellence and collaboration.
