Direct Property

Simon started his career at MSF Pritchard as an underwriter at the property team. He then joined WRB Underwriting and was promoted to the Head of Property. Simon joined Blenheim in 2020 to assist in the development of the Direct & Facultative Property portfolio and in 2024 he was appointed as Head of Direct & Facultative Property. Simon holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York and has achieved the Advanced Diploma in Insurance.

Jack entered the insurance market in 2018 as an Underwriting Assistant in Blenheim Syndicate’s D&F Property team. He has since progressed to Underwriter with full underwriting authority, contributing to the underwriting of a diverse global property portfolio. Jack holds a Diploma in Insurance.

Chris began his career working in Reinsurance before moving into the Direct Property market. He held Junior Underwriting roles at Barbican and Navigators, before joining MSF Pritchard, where he worked for just under eight years as an Underwriter / Senior Underwriter in their worldwide property team. He then joined Inigo to assist in the build out of the Property D&F line in 2021, before moving to Westfield in 2024 to launch a D&F portfolio. Chris joined Blenheim in 2025 to underwrite within the D&F property team.

Nick started his career in 2001 working in the claims department of Catlin Syndicate. After five years he joined Cathedral, initially working in claims, handling property, liability and other specialty lines. In 2008 he joined the D&F underwriting team of Syndicate 2010, initially as an underwriting assistant before becoming an underwriter, writing both open market and binder facilities. He left Cathedral in 2016, joining Blenheim in the same year, to help establish and underwrite for Blenheim’s Direct & Facultative property account.

Alex began her career at QBE within the US Property team. In 2009 Alex moved to the Aegis Syndicate and then in 2013 joined The Channel Syndicate, establishing the North American binder book. Alex joined Blenheim in 2026 to assist in growing the North American Property Binder portfolio. Alex holds a degree in Education Studies and is also ACII qualified.

Phil began his insurance career at CF Palmer Syndicate as an underwriter in the property team. He subsequently worked at Ace and Aegis Syndicates before joining The Channel Syndicate in 2013 to establish the North American binder book. Phil joined Blenheim in 2026 to build out the North American Property Binder portfolio. He holds a degree in History from the University of Reading and is also ACII qualified.

Olivia joined Blenheim in 2025, starting her career in insurance as an Underwriting Assistant within the D&F Property team. She has quickly established herself as a highly valued member of the team and is currently studying for her Certificate in Insurance while completing her Level 3 Insurance Practitioner apprenticeship.
